West Main is a three-tower, approximately 1,030,000-square-foot Class A office development in Downtown Bellevue built by Vulcan Real Estate and completed in early 2024. The towers stand at varying heights, with two reaching 17 stories and a central tower at 16 stories, arranged to create a pedestrian-friendly, community-oriented street level.
The campus spans addresses at 85, 175, and 185 106th Avenue NE and includes roughly 34,000 square feet of street-level retail distributed among the three buildings. It became home to part of Amazon's large Bellevue workforce as the company shifted thousands of employees to the Eastside.
Designed to welcome the surrounding community through generous open space and ground-floor activation, West Main was recognized for its urban design approach and stands as one of the larger recent office projects on the west side of Downtown Bellevue.
