400 Lincoln Square
The 31-story office tower of Kemper's $1.2 billion Lincoln Square South expansion, home to top tech and game companies.
400 Lincoln Square is the premier office tower within Lincoln Square South, the $1.2 billion mixed-use expansion that Kemper Development Company announced in 2013, began building in 2014, and completed in January 2017. The tower offers about 710,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Part of the Two Lincoln Tower structure that also contains the W Bellevue hotel and luxury residences, 400 Lincoln Square has become home to leading technology and game-design firms on the Eastside. It stands roughly 449 feet across 31 floors.
The Lincoln Square South expansion knit additional retail, dining and entertainment into The Bellevue Collection, reinforcing the area as the densest retail-and-office node in downtown Bellevue.
