The development delivered around 400 to 418 apartment units along with a retail podium and several levels of below-grade parking. Marketed with hotel-like amenities, it features a rooftop deck, yoga studio, business center, and dog run.
888 Bellevue was part of the early-2020s surge of new rental housing along the 108th Avenue NE corridor, helping bring more residents into the heart of Downtown Bellevue near the transit center and light rail.
