888 Bellevue is a residential high-rise development at 888 108th Avenue NE in Downtown Bellevue, completed in 2020. The project comprises towers of roughly 18 and 23 stories and was designed by Seattle firm HEWITT.

The development delivered around 400 to 418 apartment units along with a retail podium and several levels of below-grade parking. Marketed with hotel-like amenities, it features a rooftop deck, yoga studio, business center, and dog run.

888 Bellevue was part of the early-2020s surge of new rental housing along the 108th Avenue NE corridor, helping bring more residents into the heart of Downtown Bellevue near the transit center and light rail.
