Washington Square Towers are twin 25-story luxury condominium towers in Downtown Bellevue, completed in 2008 as the residential core of the Washington Square mixed-use development. The project includes roughly 351 condominium units plus around 26 townhomes, for a total near 377 residences, above retail and structured parking.

Located on NE 9th Place on the northern side of downtown, the development was engineered by DCI Engineers and integrates ground-level retail with the residential towers. The broader Washington Square master plan has continued to evolve, with additional office and residential towers advancing in later phases.

The towers' twin-tower form and large unit count made Washington Square a significant addition to Bellevue's late-2000s condominium boom, helping concentrate for-sale residential density on the north end of downtown.
