Two Lincoln Tower
A 450-foot, 41-story mixed-use tower in the Lincoln Square Expansion housing 262 luxury residences above the W Bellevue hotel.
Two Lincoln Tower is a 41-story, roughly 450-foot mixed-use skyscraper that opened in 2017 as part of the Lincoln Square Expansion (Lincoln Square South) in Downtown Bellevue. It combines about 262 luxury rental residences in its upper floors with the W Bellevue hotel below, plus office and retail, and is one of the tallest residential towers on the Eastside.
The Lincoln Square Expansion was developed by Kemper Development Company as part of The Bellevue Collection, the connected retail, dining, hotel, and entertainment district at the center of downtown. Residents sit directly above the hotel and within the shopping and restaurant core.
Along with the adjacent One Lincoln Tower, Two Lincoln Tower anchors the Lincoln Square complex and helped expand Bellevue's mix of high-rise living tightly integrated with hospitality and retail.
