Tower 333
A 20-story 2008 glass tower, the former Expedia headquarters and an early LEED Gold office building.
Tower 333 is a 20-story office building at 333 108th Avenue NE in Bellevue's central business district, completed in 2008. Developed by Hines with Washington Capital Management and designed by LMN Architects, it rises about 294 feet and contains roughly 415,000 square feet behind a modern glass-clad facade tuned for daylight.
The tower was the first building on the West Coast to receive LEED Core & Shell pre-certification and achieved LEED Gold certification in 2009, making it an early landmark for sustainable office design in the region.
Tower 333 served as the corporate headquarters of Expedia from 2008 to 2019. Amazon then signed a long-term lease for the entire office space, taking occupancy in January 2020.
