The Summit is a downtown Bellevue office complex comprising two LMN-designed towers: Summit I at 355 110th Avenue NE and Summit II at 10885 NE 4th Street, completed in 2002. Summit I rises 11 stories and Summit II 13 stories, together totaling roughly 524,000 square feet of Class A office space.

The complex was master-planned to include a third phase, Summit III, a fully entitled development site approved for an additional 330,000-plus square feet of office space adjacent to the existing buildings.

Located near the Bellevue Transit Center and light rail, the Summit towers are part of the cluster of early-2000s office buildings that thickened downtown Bellevue's skyline.
