The Bravern Signature Residences are two 33-story residential towers, each roughly 325 feet tall, completed in 2009 as the residential component of The Bravern mixed-use development in Downtown Bellevue. Developed by Seattle-based Schnitzer West, the towers total approximately 455 units above a district that also includes Class A office towers and an upscale retail collection.

Originally launched as for-sale luxury condominiums, the residences were repositioned as a luxury rental apartment community in 2010 as buyer demand softened during the housing downturn and shifted toward rentals. Floor plans range from city homes on the lower levels up through estate homes and signature penthouses near the top.

The Bravern district occupies a full block near NE 8th Street and 112th Avenue NE and was among the most expensive mixed-use developments in Bellevue history, helping establish the eastern edge of downtown as a luxury address.
