The Artise
A 25-story, 600,000-square-foot office tower pre-leased to Amazon, delivered in 2024 at 106th and NE 8th.
The Artise is a 25-story office tower at the corner of 106th Avenue NE and NE 8th Street in downtown Bellevue, totaling roughly 600,000 square feet on a 1.5-acre site. It was designed to meet LEED Gold standards and pre-leased to Amazon.
Construction was partially paused in July 2022 when Amazon halted several Bellevue office projects to reassess its long-term workplace strategy; work during the pause was limited to the core, shell, lobby, communal areas and retail. The tower topped out and was listed as delivered in early 2024.
The structure uses a steel-framed gravity and lateral system with buckling-restrained braces and steel moment frames. It is one of several towers driving Amazon's large footprint in the downtown Bellevue core.
