Symetra Center
A 25-story 1986 Class A tower at 108th and NE 8th, long associated with insurer Symetra Financial.
Symetra Center, formerly Symetra Financial Center, is a 25-story Class A office building built in 1986 at the intersection of 108th Avenue NE and NE 8th Street in the heart of Bellevue's central business district. It offers roughly 450,000 square feet of office space and rises about 324 feet.
The tower's large 18,500-square-foot floor plates and upper-floor views of the city, Lake Washington and the surrounding mountains make it a long-standing premier downtown address, with quick access to I-405 and SR 520.
Sterling Realty Organization acquired the building in 2016, and a ground-floor interior and exterior renovation was completed in 2024.
