Summit III is a 17-story, roughly 374,000-square-foot Class A office tower at 320 108th Avenue NE, developed by Hines and designed by LMN Architects as the third tower in the Summit complex. It is fully leased to Amazon.

The tower was constructed on top of an existing seven-story subterranean parking garage shared with the earlier Summit I and II buildings, an efficient infill approach for the dense downtown core. Its design was optimized for high-density technology tenants.

Summit III is part of the broader cluster of 108th Avenue NE office towers that anchor Amazon's and the tech sector's presence in downtown Bellevue.
