Skyline Tower
Completed in 1983, Skyline Tower was for years the tallest building in downtown Bellevue and an early Class A office landmark.
Skyline Tower is a 24-story Class A office building in the heart of downtown Bellevue's central business district. Completed in 1983, it was one of the first modern high-rises to rise above the low-slung downtown and for a time stood as the city's tallest building.
The tower is prized for its panoramic views, taking in downtown Seattle, Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains, Mount Rainier and the Cascades. Its location offers immediate access to I-405, SR 520 and I-90 as well as the Bellevue Transit Center and the East Link light rail station.
Now owned by Kilroy Realty, Skyline Tower remains a sought-after office address and a recognizable element of the Bellevue skyline that predates the city's 21st-century building boom.
