One88
Boutique 21-story luxury condominium by Bosa Development, the first new for-sale condo tower in Downtown Bellevue in nearly a decade.
One88 is a 21-story luxury condominium tower in Downtown Bellevue developed by Vancouver-based Bosa Development and completed in 2020. With roughly 147 residences, it was the first ground-up for-sale condominium high-rise to open in Downtown Bellevue in nearly a decade, arriving during a long stretch when most new residential towers were built as rental apartments.
The glass-clad building sits at the corner of Bellevue Way NE and NE 2nd Street, a short walk from The Bellevue Collection and the city's restaurant core. Interiors and amenity spaces were styled with a focus on hospitality-grade finishes, and the project drew design contributions associated with Amanat Architect and the hospitality interiors firm Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA).
One88 helped re-establish a market for high-end condominium ownership on the Eastside at a time when downtown Bellevue was transforming into one of the region's densest urban centers. It remains one of the more exclusive addresses in the city's residential high-rise inventory.
