One Lincoln Tower is a 42-story mixed-use tower completed in 2005 as part of the original Lincoln Square complex in Downtown Bellevue. It pairs roughly 148 for-sale condominium residences on its upper floors with the Westin Bellevue hotel below, along with retail and office uses, rising about 450 feet.

Developed within The Bellevue Collection by Kemper Development Company, the tower placed luxury condominium living directly above a full-service hotel and within steps of downtown's shopping and dining. Condominiums occupy roughly floors 20 through 42, offering panoramic views of Lake Washington, the Cascades, and the Seattle skyline.

As one of the earliest high-rise residential addresses in modern downtown Bellevue, One Lincoln Tower helped set the template for the city's later mixed-use residential and hotel towers, including its sibling Two Lincoln Tower.
