Elements Too is the second phase of the 989 Elements residential complex in Downtown Bellevue's Ashwood District, completed around the end of 2009. It comprises a 22-story residential high-rise paired with a 13-story mid-rise building, expanding the apartment community established by the original 989 Elements tower.

Like the first phase, Elements Too was designed by Seattle firm CollinsWoerman and sits in the cluster of residential buildings near 111th and 112th Avenues NE, on the eastern edge of downtown close to The Bravern and major office towers.

The two phases together helped solidify the Ashwood area as one of Bellevue's earliest concentrations of high-rise rental housing, contributing to downtown's transformation into a dense residential district.
