Civica Office Commons is a two-building Class A office property at 205 108th Avenue NE in downtown Bellevue, developed by Schnitzer West and completed in 2001. The complex spans roughly 325,000 square feet and earned NAIOP's Office Development of the Year award.

Its two high-rise towers are connected by the project's centerpiece, a four-story, light-filled Great Room reached through an expansive 45-foot glass-enclosed lobby, where tenants gather to meet and collaborate. The LEED Gold complex offers concierge service, valet-ready parking, a fitness center and on-site retail.

In March 2005 Civica sold for what was then the highest per-square-foot price ever recorded for an office building in the Pacific Northwest. It has since been owned by Unico Properties.
