City Center Plaza (City Center East)
A 26-story NBBJ-designed tower long leased entirely by Microsoft, sited beside Bellevue's transit and light rail hub.
City Center Plaza, also known as City Center East, is a 26-story high-rise office building at 555 110th Avenue NE. Completed in 2009, the 360-foot tower features a sweeping steel-and-glass curtain wall designed by NBBJ and holds LEED Gold certification.
The building was leased in its entirety by Microsoft, which based its Bing search team and numerous AI teams there. The tower sits immediately adjacent to the downtown transit center and the East Link light rail hub, giving it an unusually strong transit connection for a Bellevue office tower.
It is one of several large floorplate towers that helped establish the eastern edge of downtown Bellevue as a major technology employment center.
