City Center Bellevue
A rose-tinted 27-story tower from 1986 that was Bellevue's tallest building for nearly two decades.
City Center Bellevue is a 27-story Class A office tower at 500 108th Avenue NE, completed in 1986. Designed by Anthony Callison Architects and developed by the Koll Company of Irvine, California, the steel-frame skyscraper rises 358 feet and provides roughly 499,000 square feet of office space.
Its rose-tinted glass panels and faceted, multi-sided profile give it a distinctive silhouette in the downtown skyline. When it opened in 1986 it became the tallest building in Bellevue, a title it held until One Lincoln Tower surpassed it in 2005.
The tower remains a prominent Class A address in the central business district, near the cluster of office and bank towers along 108th Avenue NE.
