Centre 425
A 16-story Schnitzer West office tower leased entirely by Amazon, with Bellevue's first rooftop conference center.
Centre 425 is a 16-story, roughly 354,000-square-foot Class A office tower at 425 106th Avenue NE, developed by Schnitzer West and completed around the end of 2016. Amazon leased the building's office space in its entirety and moved in during 2017, making it one of the company's earliest major downtown Bellevue footholds.
The tower introduced The VUE, a first-of-its-kind rooftop conference center for Bellevue, along with 425 Exchange, a flexible tenant meeting space, and eight floors of secured parking. Street-level retail tenants have included Starbucks and Bank of America.
Centre 425 helped kick off the wave of technology-driven office development that reshaped downtown Bellevue in the late 2010s.
