Binary Towers
Twin 15-story office towers at 106th Ave NE, completed in 2022 as part of Downtown Bellevue's tech-office boom.
Binary Towers is a two-tower office development at 1001 106th Avenue NE in Downtown Bellevue, with each tower rising 15 stories. The complex was completed in 2022 during the rapid build-out of the area's Class A office market.
The twin towers added substantial office space to the corridor between downtown and the I-405 freeway, an area that absorbed significant tech-driven demand as companies expanded across the Eastside.
Binary Towers contributed to the dense cluster of new mid- and high-rise office buildings that reshaped the eastern edge of Downtown Bellevue in the early 2020s.
