Bellevue Pacific Tower
A 24-story condominium completed in 1994, recognized as the first high-rise condo tower in Downtown Bellevue.
Bellevue Pacific Tower is a 24-story condominium building in Downtown Bellevue completed in 1994, widely cited as the first high-rise condominium tower in the city's downtown. It contains roughly 171 residential units and was an early signal of downtown Bellevue's shift toward urban residential living.
Located on 107th Avenue NE near NE 2nd Street, the tower is within walking distance of The Bellevue Collection, the downtown transit center, and the surrounding office district. Its for-sale condominium model predated the much larger condo and apartment towers that arrived in the 2000s.
As a pioneering residential high-rise, Bellevue Pacific Tower helped demonstrate market demand for downtown condominium ownership and remains an established address in the city's residential inventory.
