Bellevue 600
Amazon's 43-story, 600-foot Downtown Bellevue office tower, the company's tallest, adjacent to the Bellevue Downtown light rail station.
Bellevue 600 is a 600-foot, 43-story office skyscraper in Downtown Bellevue developed by Amazon, which acquired the 3.5-acre site in April 2019 for roughly $195 million and serves as both owner and primary tenant. Construction began in March 2021 and the tower topped out in September 2024. Designed by NBBJ, it ties 555 Tower (Sonic) as one of the tallest buildings in the city under Bellevue's 600-foot height limit.
The building provides approximately 885,000 square feet of office space, making it Amazon's tallest office tower anywhere and a centerpiece of the company's strategy to grow its Bellevue workforce. It includes around 121,000 square feet of office amenities and roughly 14,000 square feet of ground-level retail.
The tower sits at the intersection of NE 6th Street and 110th Avenue NE, directly adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center and the Bellevue Downtown Station on Sound Transit's East Link (2 Line) light rail, reinforcing its role in Amazon's growing Eastside campus.
