Bellevue 305 Residential Tower
A proposed 27-story, 328-unit apartment tower on 108th Ave NE approved by the city in 2026, designed by Runberg Architecture Group.
Bellevue 305 is a proposed 27-story, 328-unit residential tower at 305 108th Avenue NE in Downtown Bellevue. Proposed by Capstone Partners and designed by Runberg Architecture Group, it received Design Review approval from the City of Bellevue, with the project advancing as a 27-story apartment building.
The tower would total approximately 298,000 square feet and replace an existing two-story office building and surface parking on a 0.78-acre site. Plans include ground-level active-use space, a publicly accessible outdoor plaza along 108th Avenue NE, and four levels of below-grade parking.
Design features include a two-story glass facade at the base and 'zipper deck' balconies on the south and west sides to maximize views of Mount Rainier, the Olympic Mountains, and Puget Sound, continuing the residential densification of the 108th Avenue corridor.
