The Bank of America Tower, part of the Bellevue Place complex at 10500 NE 8th Street, is a 21-story Class A office building completed in 1988. It rises about 270 feet and contains roughly 371,000 square feet of office space on a 2.48-acre site.

Designed by Sclater Partners Architects, the tower is integrated into Bellevue Place, the Kemper-developed mixed-use destination that also includes the Hyatt Regency Bellevue hotel and the Wintergarden atrium retail and dining areas.

It remains a well-known Class A address in the downtown core along the busy NE 8th Street corridor.
