Avenue Bellevue Residences
A two-tower (25- and 26-story) mixed-use condominium development above the Pacific Northwest's first InterContinental Hotel.
Avenue Bellevue is a two-tower mixed-use development at NE 8th Street and Bellevue Way in Downtown Bellevue, with its hotel and first residences debuting in 2024. The project combines more than 360 luxury condominium residences across two towers (Avenue Residences at 25 stories and Avenue Estates at 26 stories) with the first InterContinental Hotel in the Pacific Northwest, roughly 85,000 square feet of retail, and event space.
Designed by Seattle firm Weber Thompson and developed by Fortuna Realty Group, the complex was conceived as a new luxury center for downtown, linking the towers and the 251-room hotel via a glass sky bridge. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass and curved balconies with views toward Lake Washington and Seattle.
The InterContinental Bellevue opened on July 18, 2024, marking the brand's arrival in the region and capping a long-running, high-profile development on one of downtown's most prominent corners.
