Avenue Bellevue is a mixed-use development in Bellevue's downtown retail core consisting of two ultra-luxury residential condominium towers, the first InterContinental Hotel in the Pacific Northwest, and over 75,000 square feet of high-street retail and restaurants. The project exceeded $1 billion in cost and was developed by Bellevue-based Fortress Development, founded by Andy Lakha.

The towers rise roughly 24 to 26 stories. The InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue occupies nine floors of one tower with 208 guest rooms and debuted in 2024 after topping off in 2023; the residential towers offer bespoke and market-rate condominiums above and alongside the hotel.

Designed by Weber Thompson, Avenue Bellevue brought a new tier of luxury hospitality and residential living to Downtown Bellevue, anchoring a pedestrian retail street and reinforcing the area's reputation as the Eastside's premier shopping and dining destination.
