Avalon Towers Bellevue
A 24-story AvalonBay rental apartment high-rise in Downtown Bellevue, built in 2010.
Avalon Towers Bellevue is a 24-story rental apartment high-rise in Downtown Bellevue, completed in 2010 and owned and operated by AvalonBay Communities. It offers studio through multi-bedroom apartments with views of the surrounding skyline and Cascade foothills.
Located on NE 10th Street near the northern part of downtown, the tower is within walking distance of The Bellevue Collection, the downtown park, and the city's transit center. It is distinct from AvalonBay's nearby low- and mid-rise communities, Avalon Bellevue and Avalon Meydenbauer.
As one of the apartment high-rises delivered in the years after the 2008 financial crisis, Avalon Towers Bellevue contributed to the build-out of downtown's residential core during a period of renewed multifamily construction.
