The Shops at The Bravern

Bellevue's luxury shopping destination, open since 2009, home to Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Gucci, Prada and Cartier.

The Shops at The Bravern is an open-air luxury shopping center that opened in 2009 as part of The Bravern mixed-use development in downtown Bellevue. Designed with architecture reminiscent of a European village, it concentrated high-end fashion and jewelry brands in one Eastside location.

Its tenant roster reads like a luxury directory, with stores such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Gucci, Prada, Cartier, Rolex, Bottega Veneta, Moncler, Ralph Lauren and Omega. The center long included a Neiman Marcus department store as its centerpiece.

Beyond retail, The Bravern offers upscale dining such as John Howie Steak and The Dolar Shop, plus a Lifetime athletic club, residential towers and offices. Now owned by interests associated with Ben Ashkenazy and Brookfield Properties, the center has planned a luxury redevelopment of the former Neiman Marcus space.
