Nordstrom Bellevue Square
Top-performing three-level Nordstrom anchoring Bellevue Square, renovated and reopened in 2024 at about 285,000 sq ft.
Nordstrom at Bellevue Square is one of the Seattle-based retailer's flagship-caliber and top-performing stores nationally. Nordstrom first appeared in the Square as a local shoe store in 1958 and became a full department-store anchor in 1966 under the Nordstrom Best name.
The store spans about 285,000 square feet across three levels. A major renovation began in fall 2022 and was completed in spring 2024, modernizing the store's design and services.
As one of the two department-store anchors of Bellevue Square, Nordstrom is central to the mall's draw and to The Bellevue Collection's reputation as a premium retail destination on the Eastside.
