Macy's Bellevue Square

Bellevue Square's second department-store anchor, descended from The Bon Marche that opened here in the 1980s.

2005
Renamed Macy's

Macy's at Bellevue Square is one of the mall's two department-store anchors. The store opened as The Bon Marche when the enclosed Bellevue Square debuted in the mid-1980s, becoming the center's fourth major department store at the time.

The Bon Marche chain was rebranded as Bon-Macy's in 2003 and adopted the national Macy's name in 2005, following Federated Department Stores' consolidation of regional nameplates.

Macy's continues to anchor Bellevue Square alongside Nordstrom, providing the broad apparel, home and beauty assortment typical of the chain and helping balance the mall's mix of luxury and mass-market retail.
