Mixed-use retail, hotel and entertainment complex · Downtown
Lincoln Square
Mixed-use complex of The Bellevue Collection with retail, dining, a cinema, and the Westin and W Bellevue hotels.
Lincoln Square is the mixed-use component of The Bellevue Collection located across Bellevue Way from Bellevue Square, to which it is connected by a skybridge. The original Lincoln Square opened in 2005, and a major Lincoln Square South expansion was completed in 2017, roughly doubling the development's footprint.
The complex combines retail and dining with offices, residences and two upscale hotels: The Westin Bellevue and the W Bellevue. Lincoln Square North and South together provide several million square feet of space, including hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail, dining and entertainment.
Entertainment anchors include the Cinemark Lincoln Square Cinemas, a 16-screen luxury theatre with a giant IMAX auditorium, and the Lincoln South Food Hall. The development is a key node in downtown Bellevue's growing high-rise core.
