Lunchbox Laboratory
Inventive burgers-and-shakes restaurant in downtown Bellevue, known for over-the-top burgers; closed permanently in 2024.
Lunchbox Laboratory was a quirky burgers-and-shakes restaurant in downtown Bellevue on 112th Avenue NE, part of a small Seattle-area group famous for inventive, oversized burgers built from house-ground meat blends and elaborate toppings.
The restaurant developed a cult following for its 'mad scientist' approach to burgers, hand-spun milkshakes and bold flavor combinations, served in a playful, laboratory-themed space.
The Bellevue location closed permanently in early 2024, ending its run as one of downtown Bellevue's more distinctive casual dining spots.
