Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi opened in June 2018 on the 31st floor of the Lincoln Square South tower, offering some of the highest-elevation dining in downtown Bellevue. Floor-to-ceiling windows deliver panoramic views across the city, Lake Washington and the surrounding mountains.
The menu fuses a high-end steakhouse with an extensive sushi and raw-bar program, alongside an elaborate cocktail and wine list. The striking, two-level space with a dramatic central bar has made it a showpiece special-occasion destination.
Its rooftop perch within The Bellevue Collection has helped define the upscale, view-driven dining that downtown Bellevue's high-rise boom has brought to the Eastside.
