John Howie Steak is the namesake steakhouse of award-winning Pacific Northwest chef John Howie, located within The Shops at The Bravern luxury retail and residential complex in downtown Bellevue. The dark, clubby dining room features private booths, an ornate bar and dry-aging displays.
The menu centers on USDA Prime steaks and American Wagyu grilled over mesquite charcoal, with fresh fish and poultry cooked over apple wood. The restaurant is known for a deep, award-winning wine program and an extensive selection of bourbons and scotches.
