Old-school, tableside-service steakhouse from the storied El Gaucho hospitality group.
El Gaucho Bellevue brings the El Gaucho group's classic, theatrical steakhouse experience to downtown Bellevue. The dining room is known for dim lighting, tuxedoed servers and tableside preparations including Caesar salad, Chateaubriand and flaming desserts.
The menu features signature dry-aged, charcoal-broiled steaks, Pacific Northwest seafood and an extensive cocktail and wine program. Live music and a late-night lounge scene are part of the El Gaucho tradition.
It is one of several El Gaucho locations in the Puget Sound region and a longtime special-occasion destination on the Eastside.
