Daniel's Broiler
Schwartz Brothers fine-dining steakhouse perched on the 21st floor of Bellevue Place with sweeping skyline and mountain views.
Daniel's Broiler is the flagship fine-dining steakhouse of Seattle's Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, occupying the top floor of the Bank of America tower within the Bellevue Place complex. Diners reach the restaurant by elevator to the 21st floor, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic views of downtown Bellevue, Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline and the Olympic Mountains beyond.
The kitchen specializes in USDA Prime, corn-fed steaks broiled at extremely high temperatures, alongside fresh seafood and an extensive wine list. The bar and lounge are a longtime after-work and special-occasion destination, frequently featuring live piano music.
Its perch atop one of Bellevue's signature mixed-use towers makes it one of the most recognizable upscale dining rooms in the city, popular for anniversaries, business dinners and celebrations.
