The Marketplace at Factoria is a community shopping center in the Factoria neighborhood of south Bellevue, owned by Kimco Realty. It occupies the site of the former enclosed Factoria Mall, which was redeveloped into the current open-air format.

As of recent years the center has roughly 69 retail spaces anchored by Target, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, DSW and Old Navy, along with national tenants such as Ulta and an RH Outlet. It serves as the primary big-box and value-retail destination for the southern part of the city.

In December 2024 the center became home to the first U.S. location of T&T Supermarket, a Canadian Asian-grocery chain, reflecting the area's diverse population and adding a major grocery anchor to the lineup.
