La Mar Cocina Peruana
Celebrity chef Gaston Acurio's acclaimed Peruvian cevicheria, his first Pacific Northwest restaurant, on Old Bellevue's Main Street.
La Mar Cocina Peruana is the Bellevue outpost of the international La Mar brand created by celebrated Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio. Opened on October 14, 2024, on Main Street in Old Bellevue, it is Acurio's first restaurant in the Pacific Northwest.
The menu centers on traditional Peruvian coastal cuisine, with an extensive exploration of ceviches and tiraditos alongside anticucho skewers, sharable large plates, and a deep list of Pisco-based cocktails.
Set in an upscale yet casual dining room, La Mar quickly became one of the most talked-about openings in Bellevue's expanding fine-dining scene, drawing diners from across the region.
