Enatai

A small, woodsy, upscale neighborhood on the Lake Washington shore in west Bellevue near the I-90 bridge.

~950
Households

Enatai is a waterfront neighborhood on the shores of Lake Washington in west Bellevue, just north of the Interstate 90 crossing. With roughly 950 households, it is a small, established community of tree-lined streets and upscale homes that combines a sense of seclusion with proximity to downtown Bellevue.

The neighborhood retains the character of an older but affluent established area, woodsy and quiet, where blue herons, bald eagles, and other wildlife are regular visitors along the lakeshore. Its waterfront setting and mature tree canopy define its identity.

Enatai sits among a cluster of west Bellevue lakeside neighborhoods, including Surrey Downs, Bellecrest, and Killarney Circle, each with active neighborhood associations that work to preserve local character. Enatai Beach Park offers public lake access beneath the East Channel Bridge.
