Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue is the anchor hotel of Bellevue Place, the mixed-use tower complex developed by Kemper Development Company that opened in 1988 as part of The Bellevue Collection in the heart of downtown. It is the largest hotel in Bellevue and one of the largest on the Eastside, with more than 700 guestrooms and suites across the building.

Designed for both leisure and convention travelers, the hotel offers roughly 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including multiple ballrooms, making it a major venue for Eastside corporate events, weddings and galas. Its design incorporates Asian-inspired decor and custom artwork.

Connected by enclosed skybridges to Lincoln Square and Bellevue Square, the hotel gives guests covered, weather-protected access to hundreds of shops, restaurants and a cinema, reinforcing its role as a cornerstone of downtown Bellevue's walkable retail and hospitality core.
